Amazing heritage hotel. I don’t think i have stayed in such a striking villa before. Bar was nice and Breakfast buffet was really nice as well. Prices were quite reasonable. My room had 5m ceilings and the bed was Comfy. Large room with chinese period furniture. Was an unusual experience

The rooms are spacious! Very nice decorations with a neat old time feel. The staff were nice. They take luggage up a very unique pulley system, I have never seen that before. They did kindly store our luggage for two days prior to our stay.

It was one of the best guesthouses that I have stayed in. Cosy interiors and floors, very clean bathroom, location near the famous Armenian street, and most importantly the nice staff. I stayed in the dormitory room with a separate mini room for each bed, which is a good idea in terms of security and privacy. There’s a lot of places to eat nearby, especially at night for Chinese street food. Outside is not noisy at night.
