Incredible place, you’d never believe it’s in Cancun. It feels like the middle of the jungle. The owner was fabulous too. He was very friendly and cooked me a huge breakfast himself. The property is beautiful—I saw coatis and heard tons of birds. Really it was by far the most beautiful , most personable and welcoming place I’ve ever stayed in Tulum.

Pretty property, however the rooms are very dark, tons of steps around the property that are not visible and huge hazard for falling. Staff is spectacular. The food and resort is extremely expensive. Not worth the value.
