Winnie is amazing, she was there when we arrived and welcomed us and we felt right at home. She took us through the house and then explained further about Ziwa lodge and what was available. Through out our stay she was very helpful and prompt with our requests and sorting out our issues, Winnie is truly an asset to your property. The owner greeted us at the apartment and explained everything. He had prepared things well for our arrival, including providing bottled water for the water fountain, toilet paper, towels...etc. He was extremely easy to contact during our stay and arranged for us to be able to use the pool at the apartment complex, which was an added bonus. The apartment has some great modern features and we enjoyed being able to stream TV in the evenings after a day of sightseeing. It was also a huge benefit to be able to wash our clothes as our stay came half-way through our trip. The apartment is well located in a nice, safe area, with good security and only a short walk from the town centre.
