Just landed after a long flight starting in the US. Took a taxi to the hotel - it is close to the airport but landed after sunset. The bed was very comfortable and I slept better and later than expected. The included breakfast buffet was tasty.

The host is the most lovely and kind person.
The facility is very beautiful and clean and makes you feel right at home.
It is possible to choose between the Japanese style tatami sleeping or between a comfortable bed.
I really recommend this place and also would say that most of the great experience was because of the host- best person we have met in Japan! Highly recommended.

While the hotel was immaculate and the room was very comfortable, the shining star of this hotel was their hospitality. While the Japanese are known for their hospitality, the staff here were extraordinary. We had a private taxi rented for the whole day, who did not show up. While we didn’t speak very much Japanese, the staff noticed we were waiting, invited us to sit inside, called the taxi company, arranged for a new driver (with a different company) to take us and even gave the kids a treat while we waited. My wife and I were blown away and cannot recommend this hotel enough. They treated us like family.
