It is an old property since it is a traditional Japanese style of property but their facilities are great.
It has a Convenient location from Kyoto. Despite it is a small town but with the pick up service from the Ryokan, it works well. all the onsen are comfortable, dinner and breakfast are great for value, the receptionist is very welcoming and flexibly arrange an hour earlier check in when the room is available.

My favourite part was the onsen on my balcony facing the lake. Public bath was also nice. Omni beef dinner was also another highlight. Service was great.

It was easy and convenient to access by using the ryokan’s shuttle service by using the mobile phone at the station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Private bath made it that much easier to enjoy in the comfort of our room.
