My best ski in ski out experience. With a small but very decent dry room to store your skiwear overnight.
I didn't use the kitchen but cookware are of excellent grade.

The location is remote indeed (I strongly recommend a car to get there!!) and this is the charm of it!! Incredible night sky, the soft melody of a river flowing nearby. The house has been very well restored by the owner, it s extremely comfy and clean. Hosts can use the great soundsystem complemented with a large collection of LPs, and for rainy days play video games or watch a movie using a projector. We visited at the end of Oct as nights were getting brisk, but the house is well isolated and we could turn off the stoves while remaining warm. Outside , it is all about nature, and the host will be able to guide you around. There is even a homemade "pétanque" field right outside the house and we could try the BBQ as well. Wonderful stay. Would definitely pick this lodge again if traveling in the area!

It is a lovely location in the mountains. A shuttle bus operates only at fixed times: 15.00, 16.00, and 17.00 to pick you up (don't come early like we did)
The onsen are extremely nice. You can choose which one from the 3 hotels you want to use. The fitness room is nice and clean. There is enough choice for breakfast, and you can choose a lot for dinner. You can walk to the waterfall. This place is fine for 2 days. You can go into the mountains, but there are wild bears. There is a small temple.
The view from the room is very nice. We had a lovely time. When you go for dinner, hanging your Japanese outfit in your room(almost everyone does it) is advisable so your clothes don't smell after food. During breakfast, don't wear your Japanese outfit :). The beds are good. The room is spacious, and all comfort is available

As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
We loved the staff and how they love to make you feel welcomed and happy. A more traditional Japanese stay for soft westerners. very convenient to Geto ski fields. Dinner was delicious and top fun. It was great to meet friendly Japanese snowboarders also on holidays. Good Onsen and beautiful location. Thank you.
