Great location near lots of small bars and restaurants near the main station. Onsen and top floor lounge were lovely. Lots of nice little perks. If you’re jet lagged and up early, you might be able to see the sunrise from the outdoor bath. And you might be able to see Mount Fuji from the lounge.

Loved the staff !!! Special mention for Ms. Kobayashi as she was especially helpful. Had a wonderful stay, wonderful location right next to the monorail so seamless connectivity to Tokyo city.
As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was beautiful and you can take whatever you want up there (dinner from room service - delicious!), food from outside, drinks etc). Happy hour - free beer was very much appreciated (it was so hot!). DJ on Saturday was brilliant. Drop down screen with projector and the adjustable bed were great. So much fun that I didn't go out one night. I just stayed in and had movie night in the hotel!
Very funky new renovation in warehouse style, friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and peaceful gazing across river at the fisherpeople, airport and lights of Tokyo in the background. And just a few minutes taxi or shuttle from Haneda airport (don’t bother booking private taxi - taxi from terminal much cheaper and shuttle bus back from hotel easy)
Loved the location, close to family and friends, nearby lots of shops/restaurants/bars/cafes.
Great access to JR line and major train stations.
Cannot complain!
Every staff is polite and helpful. Room is clean and big. And the hotel is very friendly towards kids. It is a good hotel for family.
There are several shopping malls around the hotel, which provide many restaurants and shops to visit.
Great staff. Coin laundry and vending machines on site. Great location near many convenient stores, restaurants, malls. Very affordable. Each family member had their own room. Free WiFi.
Staff was very good front desk could easily talk in English.
Room was always tidy every day. Extra items were provided on request. Baby crib was perfect.
