Everything at place is great, quality of room is superb we got almost newly refurb rooms with modern amenities and a private small garden as well. Biggest asset this property has is good staff who were friendly, helpful and prompt in services. The hosts were gracious enough to allow for an early check in since I was travelling with my family and we reached Pune around 9 in the morning. The AC was not working in one room. The TV was not functional for the first 2 days in one of the rooms.

We stay here every time we visit from London. The serviced apartments at Hermitage Suites are in the most prime location, amazing configuration of 2bhk, 3bhk, and 4bhk apartments for family and leisure travelers. The staff here also is very attentive and helped us immediately with anything we needed. The fully functional kitchens are an added bonus as we have a small child with us.
