The appartment is very modern and very comfortable to stay for a family (2 adults+2 kids). The facilities offered are great - you can enter the spa zone via a corridor from the building where the appartment is located - we loved especially the outdoor pool area. The check in and check out went very smooth ( thanks a lot for waiting for us, since we got stuck in a traffic jam and arrived later than initially planned). Lots of closet space, an electric kettle for coffee/tea, mini fridge, two TVs, etc.. Hotel and the room were very clean and well maintained. Pool was nice, we only used the kids pool and adjacent pool. Kids pool was very warm, the large one was warm enough. The little Playroom was nice, our kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately not many kids club activities, we missed them all. Food was good, not that many choices but enough, at least for us adults. Waiters were friendly.DDanielaFamily with young children

The children are allowed to the SPA area, and in comparison to other hotels where we faced a lot of restrictions, it was very convenient and comfortable for the family to enjoy our time together. There are a lot of options for breakfast and dinner, nice staff and quiet atmosphere!
