We booked a disconnected room (not in main building). I was a little worried about this, but it ended up being amazing! The ceiling was sloped like an attic, with sky lights that only showed the sky (still private), which we loved. The room was clean and spacious. The building was about 30 paces away from the main lobby and still in a security-protected, elevator building. The included breakfast in the main lobby was lovely, and we loved sitting in the room that felt like an atrium. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Reusable water bottles in room were a great touch, also.

The location is great, the staff is very attentive, the breakfast is amazing. They even serve Hungarian bubbles on the weekends. The bed is super comfortable. The little spa makes a whole difference after a day of walking around.

Excellent location. It is in ideal prime location from all the attractions. Shopping mall "West End" is just adjacent. Morning breakfast was awesome with plenty of choice. Hospitality was fantastic - starting from lobby receptionist, room service, everyone in breakfast service areas. Decent room size, cleaned. Also, they arranged for all 4 of us early morning breakfast togo on checkout since our flight was at very early morning. We loved this hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel to others and if we visit Budapest, we will come back again to Crown Plaza.
