It's a private cottage in a small village. Great atmosphere, silence. No supermarkets, pubs, motorways, trains. Silence

Very spacious room with excellent facilities. It was spotlessly clean. We were left a basket with bread, eggs, butter, jam, marmalade and milk for the first morning's breakfast, as well as some oil, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and washing up cloths, all of which were an exceptionally nice touch.
We also loved the very friendly cat that met us when we arrived and the beautiful peacocks wandering around.
Any staff we saw, even from a distance, would wave or say hello. Lovely place and lovely people.

Everything. The homeliness fitted perfectly my mood and needs. Plenty of information, no instructions - thank you - I appreciate being treated as a responsible adult. Breakfast was a super treat. Victoria was all that the above comments suggest - professional, attentive and generous.

Julie is always a flexible and accommodating host - we stay here when we visit friends and she is often able to help us pick up keys a little earlier so we aren’t late to our friends house. It’s a lovely little traditional cottage in a pretty corner of the world!

Spacious and had everything to make it comfortable
As families grow in size, so too do the needs of a family holiday. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater for all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. Typically, you can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, games rooms, fitness centres and a pool area where children can play and parents can relax.
As the name implies a stone house in a fairly remote but quiet village. Everything was as described, friendly hosts, very clean, on street parking and separate bathroom which wasn't an issue. Home cooked English Breakfast available on request. The Ship Inn is a ten minute walk for an evening meal - nice pub.
Charming cottage in a lovely setting overlooking a lane to open fields containing horses. Parking in the quiet lane outside the property. I was in the single bedroom. Super comfy bed with good quality bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities, TV behind doors in a lovely old pine corner unit. A proper chair to sit on rather than one of those horrible conference room chairs. Bathroom along the landing (which is as Susie describes in the listing). Decent large towels. Perfect for a couple of nights and 15 mins into Banbury.
Lovely pub with great facilities.Steve and family made us feel very welcome, food served and drinks were perfect. Breakfast continental style was also good.We stayed in the desert orchid room which was ideal and the beds very comfortable.
Idyllic country village setting, great garden and really nice people running the place, nothing was an issue. large triple family room and ensuite shower both very clean. Evening meal was exceptional and continental breakfast was plenty. Would certainly recommend and would stay again. Great value
warm friendliness of owners who spent time connecting with us and (John) sharing his passion for automobiles. Our children could not believe it! The breakfast prepared by Susie was fantastic too!
Beautiful little cottage. Ideal for my friend and I. Lovely to hear the sheep baaing in the fields just up the road! Very peaceful and the cottage was very cosy. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the little touches were perfect. Loved the little alcove upstairs with the desk and typewriter! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
