    The staff were very nice. We had an amazing meal in the Indian Restaurant situated next to the pub. The facilities were as described with a very large comfortable bed. We opted for the deluxe room as it was only £5 more.

    The manager was very freindly and helpful. The location is great for us - close to nearby family. The room is a great size and nice and warm in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped.

    Liked nothing, it was out of the way, had no facilities on hand, tv you needed a magnifying glass to watch and took 30 minutes to even be watchable, booked fir 2 nights, stayed about 30 minutes, no refund for night not used and we hadn’t even used to toilet in the time we were there,

    It would have been good to use the restaurant if it was open and fully functioning, continental breakfast in a bag was OK, the male night staff on reception provided us with excellent customer service, professional and easy to communicate with. Finally great location on the outskirt of Bedford, ideally placed in the countryside, it would be a great location and facilities for business and wedding functions
