I booked as a venue to hold a conference. The staff I dealt with were all friendly and helpful, particularly Barbara at reception who was exceptional. She really did everything she could to help on the day, came up with ideas to solve our last minute problems and genuinely made the difference between a good experience and a great experience.

As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
We loved the restaurant - particularly the garden and outdoor play area which the children enjoyed. Very handy location if you are travelling with small kids - Attwell Adventure Farm is just 10 minutes away. It was a good sized bedroom and a quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
it's in a very handy location for Wythall Transport museum where i was attending an event. the hotel being a 10 min drive away. I had erroneously booked a family room and asked if i could change rooms due to the noise from a screaming baby in the adjacent room and Jordan was exceptionally helpful and arranged for me to move to another room immediately. Breakfast was very good and there was a constant supply of fresh food being provided to the buffet which was a welcome change from some hotels with a buffet.
On arrival, we were upgraded to a family room as we only booked a double. We were travelling with a new baby so we didn’t need the extra bed etc but it was nice to have the extra room. The receptionist was great, friendly and helpful. Our room was so cold so he brought a heater straight away. There was no hairdryer and he brought one asap. Wifi was free although not the best. Comfy bed. Good location and parking was free and accessible.
The venue, staff and beautiful grounds.
The staff were truly wonderful. We stayed there a day before our wedding with family. We had to cancel a day as we got a surprise honeymoon gift. Despite the super short notice the staff gave us full refund. The flexibility was very much appreciated. The kindness of the staff will not be forgotten in particular Antonio, Maddie and Jordan. Thank you so much for everything.
Was here for one night due to family funeral and had travelled from Portsmouth. The reception was lovely and extremely helpful. Due to a previous phone call confirming all rooms he knew our circumstances for the visit and insured that our rooms were together. The room very clean, well equipped with nescafe coffee and PG tip tea bags, also a selection of biscuits.
Considering this was a budget hotel, standards very high, staff very happy and professional.
Great hotel, ideal location for us, was clean and the staff were willing to help if unsatisfied with anything, although everything for us was problem free! Lovely bed( fussy with beds), pillows, sofa bed for kids all good. Air conditioning was ideal and controllable, everything you’d expect from a hotel and more than a budget hotel. Bar, restaurant nice area, staff were quick to clean up during breakfast. Breakfast had a nice variety of things to eat and drink that my children could also enjoy. Overall very pleased and would stay here again!
Our stay was a complete shambles from start to finish ,2 family rooms were requested having children and next to each other, they had down on their books 2 double rooms information that was sent from you.The continental breakfast which was given free in the end because lack of food to go around everyone staying overnight. The rooms had not been cleaned properly .The one room came with a kettle and sugar and the other kettle and tea bags and coffee.
Everything was amazing, staff were very kind , room was very clean , beds were extremly comfortable , and breakfast was fine...my kids had so much fun speciallyin the pool
Huge family room, perfect for a family of four and dog. We ate and drank in the restaurant, excellent food and service. The pool was great, lots of families and plenty of time to spend in there with the kids. We also used the golf range as well, which was a brilliant experience and very cheap.
Would absolutely recommend, very dog and family friendly and great value for money.
