Our stay was super comfortable and the room was lovely.
As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
Lovely staff, beautiful new hotel, it was bright and airy. Modern but cosy. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Excellent shower and extra fluffy towels. Super comfy beds. Welcome packs for the kids and a really nice kids area. My family enjoyed it so much no one wanted to leave. We’ll be back!
Great Room.#
Great breakfast and wonderful layout. The staff was very polite and my kids both loved it.
Great spa / swimming area. Family loved it.
The walk from our room to Swimming area was rather long., but the lady at the gym was extremely helpful and found a short-cut for us, so she was a super star for us.
We've been staying at The Parkway for the past twenty years or so. With family nearby in Cwmbran, Pontypool and Newport, this hotel provides an excellent home from home. A fiftieth birthday in 2022 and many bookings for the Autumn Internationals and the Six Nations (ticket price being affordable!) over this time, we always look forward to visiting.
The rogue chickens in the car park are always good value. The staff are helpful, attentive and know what to do if you have any concerns.
Service was friendly and timely, with good foo. The handling of our family function was excellent. We were there for my mother's cremation at the nearby crematorium, and the sympathetic handling of all our needs was most gratefully appreciated.
Great value, just what we needed for a visit to family in the area. The house was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. It was warm and nicely decorated (though dated in places). The kids toys were a big hit!
Staff were very friendly, I requested warm milk for our toddler’s cereal and Jessica was happy to help with a smile. Requested a travel cot last minute and the staff had it ready before arriving. Very family friendly hotel, junior suite is spacious and was very clean
