This is a unique and lovely house. There is a water mill inside the house! There are footpaths right there and if you are a Jane Austen fan, it is only a little over a mile walk to Box Hill, site of a pivotal scene in Emma. FYI you can also drive to Box Hill if walking is an issue. The owners are lovely people. I would recommend spending the extra for the full breakfast as it was very good

Tea, coffee & sugar also provided. There's even a washing machine should you need it. Parking is great as you can park right outside the Hideout. Very handy for Purple Parking, if you're heading to Gatwick.
