You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
The position was great for a function at New Craven Hall.
Good signage, lit up at night to help find hotel.
The breakfast was very good with an extensive choice suiting adults and children.
The staff were all very friendly and accommodating not making an issue of the fact that we had a baby to stay in our room which had not been expected. Provided a cot and high chair with no problems.
The ambience was classy and the bar area great for light lunch, a quick evening meal and drinks.
Very good breakfast, good shower, good location and clean.
Our family of four stay here for one night, the slippers were not enough, housekeeping send us more in a reasonable time. The shower is great and spacious, water pressure is good, I can easily assist my child for their shower. There is a home style coffee machine in the room and I could get hot water from it conveniently.
My kids love the breakfast buffet, they could get what they want by themselves and the choice is quite enough.
The staff were so incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we got there. Service was so good from them for what was for us just a quick stop in leeds
to see family. I would no doubt go there again just based off of staff interactions and how friendly and accommodating they were with us and our 3 little children. Great breakfast included. Parking right outside (chargeable). We walked into the city centre with the kids it took about 15/20mins
Family friendly We had a little baby with us.
!! , the staff were really helpful . reception , cleaning service , kitchen restaurant folks were really nice , helpful and friendly.
Breakfast was good , I suggest to include breakfast when booking it's a better deal and stress free.
Breakfast was good. we had an altercation in the pool as a family had a baby in the main part of it when the kids pool was available. my two lads were splashing and it took the edge off the experience.
I stayed in a family room with my two children. It was spacious and "just like the photos" according to my kids. The receptionist was super-friendly and helpful, and I reparked my very full car so that it was in view of the cctv cameras. It was great to have tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities, and a hairdryer.
Room was nice and clean! Only downsides was Once sofa bed was down there wasn’t really any room for the cot. Also the sofa bed had huge metal bars round it so we had to pad it out with pillows so the kids didn’t bang their heads. Not a massively big family friendly hotel but we had a nice stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful
Lovely, comfortable stay; excellent breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Really brilliant for families; our family room had two big beds, and kids were welcome any time in the swimming pool - very rare in a hotel and very welcome!!
