We were planning to arrive pretty late and Una kept in touch with us to provide check-in information. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and led us straight up to our room. Malcolm very kindly brought my suitcase up the stairs for me (the only time this has happened since our cross-country trip began!). The room was full of character, with beautiful antique furnishings and deep-set windows. The location was very convenient for exploring the town and walking to dinner. No problem parking our car on the street outside The Lodge. We were able to turn down the heat in the room, which made it quite comfortable overnight. The full English breakfast was delicious and Malcolm and Una were a delight to chat with.

The two rooms are a great size with very comfortable beds. You have your own access to the garden with a separate entrance so you don't need to go through the house to get to your rooms. The garden is absolutely beautiful.

Very child friendly, elevated hot tub to prevent any slips especially for young children. The hot tub was also to the rear of the cabin and had high fences for privacy. The entire cabin was fenced which was Decorative and included a heavy duty latch.
Wonderfully quirky lodge with private facilities for a super fun family weekend. The place is well laid out, clean, and has everything you’d need except food and drinks. Lovely hosts showed us round on arrival.
Great location around the lake. Nice use of space and both restaurant options were unique and served generous portions. The value for money here is really impressive and the staff were really friendly. Our young family had a great stay. The kids loved the hot tub and the lake and we felt welcome in all of the communal areas. The cabin was stylish and well situated on the park for our needs.
We had a great stay, the cabin was very clean & very spacious. Provided us with a travel cot, mattress and sheet which was great for baby. Very happy it was dog & baby friendly. Beautiful views, We had a great stay & have booked to go back very soon as enjoyed it so much.
Cabins are lovely and warm even though we couldn’t get the fire to work the radiators did a great job in Feb!
Very family friendly, clean and well presented, very likely to book again in the summer! The pool and hot tub were great. Owners left a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates which was lovely.
Cosy cottage in a perfect central location for exploring Kings Lynn.
Well worth the price. A kitchen with enough equipment to prepare basic meals from scratch. Easily enough space for a family of 2 adults, 2 kids, or a couple and 2 adults.
Easy to find the cottage. Parking for one small to medium sized car.
Clean and tidy on arrival.
TV has Netflix, Prime Video, Chrome cast etc.
Had been put in a family room which was bigger than expected. Great room to get dressed with children for a wedding. Fan in the room as was a very hot day which was great!
