Really friendly and helpful staff. Updated toilets and showers nicely finished. Crisp clean bed linen and warm duvets for cold nights. Good to have a private, family room. Loved the board games! The lift wasn’t working which wasn’t ideal for anyone above the ground floor. There was a young blonde gentleman that was always happy and was very helpful!!! The staff were ALL so friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent for the children, the ping pong & snooker table were also appericated. The family room was spaciouse, the bunk bead for the kids were fun and safe The breakfast was tasty and filling. Would definitely return. Handy location for exploring the lakes. The location is superb and during the heatwave it was wonderful to sit at the waters edge as the sun went down. We ate in the restaurant both nights and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. We also very much enjoyed the range of ties that the assistant manager wore everyday - proper made us chuckle and the food and beverage staff were so funny!JessicaYoung couple

The children throughly enjoyed the swimming pool, this was the only reason why we chose to stay here. We enjoyed our stay that much that we’ve already booked to go back in August with friends and their children.
