The house was incredibly clean and cozy. Great facilities including a baby gate and high chair which was a great addition for us with a little one that has just started walking. The grounds of the hotel have a good atmosphere due to the bar on the ground floor which is open to the public. The floor above is full of games which accommodate small children in the family (m floor). Majority of staff are welcoming and bubbly.

You really can hear the animals from the zoo on a morning - sounds fantastic! The house was a real home from home with plenty of facilities for children. Such as plastic plates , cutlery, toys, high chair ,baby gates and a cot. The house is also set in a lovely family oriented area , so really had a lovely atmosphere. If we visit Chester again we will definitely be back. The kids didn’t want to leave their ‘holiday house’! Thank you.
