Our room in the Vine House was lovely, very comfortable and unique having a little sitting room upstairs. Breakfast was just right and the staff were very attentive. We were very pleased with the care given to storing our bikes safely.

A warm welcome on arrival, a lovely beautifully decorated room and a Gin and Tonic in our room on arrival in the room. I am gluten intolerant and the Gin Trap went out of its way to leave me a lovely cake in the room and a fabulous GF breakfast in the morning.

A most welcoming, helpful host. Very clean facilities and super quiet. We were walking the Norfolk Coast Path in segments, using the bus to travel to/from various segments. The Lakeside was only a five minute walk from the main road and bus stop.

Room was immaculate. Very simple to check in and we were impressed that there was gluten free food available. All of the little touches from the tea and coffee facilities to the hairdryer and iron meant that the room had everything we could need.

Garden was very private and enclosed, with a trampoline built into the ground that the kids loved. Beds were incredibly comfy and bunk beds were great for the kids. Luxurious towels. Big chest full of games to play. Parking space for 3 cars.
Warm welcome; room was prepared for us with a cot bed for our little one. We had tea and even hot chocolate in the room which was a delight for the whole family. Wonderful full English breakfast included.
We stayed in the Paddington room and its excellent for parents with a young family. Our children were excited to have their own linked room. Especially proper beds rather z-beds. They loved it. The property is lovely and clean we couldn't fault the accommodation.
Wonderful friendly staff. Jo, Ruby, Barnsey and Connor were good fun. A great team working together. Amazing food. Fish and chips (haddock) was delicious. Batter was superb. Outstanding full English breakfast. Room clean. Bed very comfortable.
The cottage was lovely. It did day it was suitable for 4, but I would say it's better for 2, maybe not 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Burnham Market is a real picture postcard village and close to beautiful beaches and Bircham Windmill.
