Everything! From the art on the walls to the size and comfort of the bed - it was a great stay and if we did not have places to go, we would have stayed another night! Little things like a coffee maker, pods included, and being able to wander the grounds. Just a great place. And meeting the hosts was a bonus!

Parking avaliable garden. Really easy to communicate with the owner and even accommodated us arriving an hour earlier than scheduled. Would recommend to anybody you won't be disappointed.

We booked this for our family, as had a 40th birthday event to attend in Waddesdon. Hosts were really accommodating and flexible with check in and out, The house was really clean and modern, and fresh coffee milk and some essential were available on arrival. They even set up the sofa bed so all 6 of us had beds ready. Lovely beds, slept really well. Some games and books were available, and the Jenga kept kids happy for a bit. For Bicester Village it's an excellently located venue.

Lovely friendly staff and excellent communication prior to arrival and whilst there. Location was perfect, able to walk into town etc. both slept really well. Had been pre warned can be noisy at weekends but noise wasn’t a disturbance and children slept right through it. Really friendly family feel to property and felt like nothing would have been a bother. Highly recommend

The room was tiny, and very little space to walk around the bed. With the sofa bed pulled out and made up for kids to sleep on, there was even less room and with 4 people in, it was cramped and uncomfortable. Definitely not ideal with small children.
