As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
There is no reception desk. Instead there is a machine to check in. There is a risk of double entry of guests for breakfast. The machine took extra money from me for two days breakfast. Everyone also struggling at machine. Then I helped one family so that the family saved some money.
But I like the staff at Kyriad hotel who provided breakfast. Especially a gentleman who was very nice and helpful.
the receptionist at night was very friendly, we were very happy that we could check in after midnight. They made sure that our kids were in the room next door, we were glad about that.
Bed bugs! My son and daughter were full of bites! Event though we got different rooms, we all had part in this magnificent experience! I could even see them crawling on the bed in the morning! I actually showed a picture to the staff. The staff was nice and I did get refunded for this incident, I guess these things tend to happen in hotels...
Both room and bathroom were clean and met our expectations with a mountain view from the window. Kiddos to the night receptionist who was simultaneously handling both the reception area and the kitchen. Don't remember his name but really deserves a pay rise.
Even though there was no reception at the hotel, the staff at kyriad was nice to us when we brought out different problems that we had with two rooms; smelly room, lighting not functioning, front door not locking. The staff was kind enough to give us 2 new rooms which were good.
Good and affordable hotel. The reception ordered a taxi to the airport and could not tell us the price.
The cost for a 6km (10 minute) ride was 70 EUR, and we felt this fee was very high. Try to book a taxi via an app and not through the hotel.
