The owner, David, was splendid, he really looked after us. Breakfast was excellent. The house was charming and full of character.
As families grow in size, their vacation needs grow with them. That’s why family hotels are set up to cater to all ages, from toddlers and kids to teens and adults. You can expect restaurants with kids’ menus, game rooms, fitness centers, and pool areas where children can play and parents can relax.
So cozy and warm and comfortable, amazing hosts James and his wife. The property has stunning gardens and near lake. Lovely pool no extra charge there is a flight of stairs to reach pool. I write as I have a disabled family member and hope these details helps someone else. Bedroom 1 is step free ground floor walk in shower. great continental breakfast. Nothing was too much effort for the hosts. Cuckoos heard from bedroom
The house has just been beautifully refurbished and is in excellent condition and immaculately clean. It is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable, including the pillows and duvet. There’s lots of space, including a lovely outdoor space. The location is excellent, with everything you need within walking distance, including a playground for children and a lovely lake. The host was lovely with great communication ahead of our arrival and was very helpful upon our arrival.
Very quirky and traditional ex-family home place run by David. Very comfortable and a good location on the Avenue Verte cycle way. David recommended 265 restaurant close by - the best meal we had in our 7 days in France.
A lovely old house with fantastic period decoration and within the host’s family for generations. Great cycle storage for our bikes- key on a cycling holiday. Our host was really nice and accommodating and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.
The hotel was very convenient for a stop off on a long drive and we got the triple room for our family which was very comfortable. No air con but it was ok. We ate dinner and breakfast at the Hotel and both were great. The parking is in a secure car park.
Exceptionally welcoming host. Family mansion converted into well thought out and characterful B&B. We travelled with children and there were travel cots as well as beds made available for them. There is a beautiful front and back garden which the kids explored, and even a small outdoor play area for kids. We had a lovely stay.
