They were very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. The room was ready with snacks and water plus a very personal handwritten note from the manager. Their breakfast buffet was spectacular! They help me booked transportation to Madrid. A big plus in the cooler months you control your room's air conditioning which is hard to find.
