The hosts were fantastic and easy to communicate with regarding arrival time and key pickup. I loved the prime location, which was near the main streets for pintxos. Although it was just a short walk to Calle del Laurel, it was far enough away to ensure a quiet night. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. My friend and I only stayed for one night, but we found it very comfortable. Complimentary coffee, juice, milk, and light breakfast pastries were provided, which we really appreciated. The place was well-equipped, and if we had stayed longer, we would have utilized the kitchen to prepare a meal.

The apartment was a little difficult to find partly due to the sat nav not recognizing the location, but once located, it was well worth the effort. Our host, Isabel, was very informative and full of information on local attractions and places to visit. The apartment itself was large, very clean, and comfortable with everything required for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Also, secure free underground parking was available just across the street. I would highly recommend this place .

We (family of 3) arrived by car and were met by Antonio at the car park entrance. The car park was only a couple of hundred yards from the apartment via a couple of pedestrianised streets. Antonio, was 'muy sympatico' and showed us to the apartment which was on the 6th floor well above street level, so very quiet. We really never spend a lot of time in hotels and apartments, so the facilities were more than adequate for our needs. Just a short walk from the centre and to the walk along the river. Lovely apartment, we'll hopefully use it again in the future.

The location was amazing! It was basically around the corner from Calle Laurel and the Casca Viejo. We arrived at the Train Station and it was only a twenty minute walk from there too. The owner met us at the site and showed us around the apartment. It had everything we could have wanted or needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner also texted us a things to do and places to go information note. We found the Rioja area stunningly beautiful. We could even see the mountains from our bedroom.
