The staff are very helpful. My car to Luxor was cancelled by the Bookaway without any acceptable reasons (do not book any cars by Bookaway). I was helped by the staff and hired a new driver. The cruise on the Nile river is strongly recommended, cheap and really impressive. The staff in the cafeteria are warm-hearted. The hotel is big, where is really explorable.

The owner is a friendly Nubian who enjoy hosting guests. This guest house is the only one that faces north, and we had a panoramic view of the old Aswan dam. As the house is quiet near the ferry, you can hire a boat directly from the owner. He will drive you to the ticket office first and then to the temple.

Saef's hospitality is unmatched. His kindness alone made it such a great stay; he provides snacks and tea, makes an AMAZING omlette, coordinates transport/tours, and is wonderful to talk to. Outside of that, everything I was looking for accomodation-wise was there: the Wi-Fi was strong, room was comfortable, and shower was hot.
