Everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment was spacious, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade. Initially, we booked a one-bedroom apartment, which would have been sufficient, but the staff noticed the three of us with our large luggage and thought it might feel a bit cramped. Communication with Michael right from the moment of booking was easy. He gave us clear direction on how to reach the property from the airport. He was there to hand us the keys and greet us.
The place itself is located in a very beautiful area of Copenhagen with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets closed by. It's very well connected with an S-train station only 5 minutes walk away a several bus stops.
The apartment was comfortable and warm, having stayed there in December, we never felt cold. One of the bedrooms is quite small, and, although it has a double bed, it may be a tight squeeze for two people (only one person in our group was staying in that room, so it was just fine for our situation).
Kitchen is stocked with all the basic tools an utensils you need to prepare simple meals, enough space in the refrigerator to keep basics items as well as coffee and tea facilities.
Beds were comfortable and the night-time was quiet enough; despite the apartment on the ground floor with direct windows to the street, we were never disturbed by noise in the middle of the night. WiFi was steady and reliable.
