We liked the location of the hotel, basically next to the Dutch quarter. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel was really good. We also thought that the beds were super comfy. I found it also really interesting that you can select your room when doing the online check-in, which was something completely new for me. Also, if you need some free amenities (extra towels, toilet paper, phone charger), you can order it via online and they bring it immediately to your room. In addition, all the hotel staff was always very friendly and attentive to us, which is not always the case in hotels in Germany. This definitely made our stay even better. We would recommend this hotel!

Biked from Brandenburg an der Havel along rivers and lakes and multiple ferry boats! 1. Breakfast included-best of our whole trip-expansive with a lot of variety. 2. Room-we were in the modern addition, 2nd floor with balcony overlooking the garden. very modern room and bathroom facilities, excellent shower, a bit compact, but very comfortable. complementary water bottles. Beds very comfortable 3. Covered, locked bike storage. 4. Location-very close to major sites, cafes and bars in the Dutch section. recommend Zum Fliegenden Hollander for dinner-EXCELLENT staff, delicious, excellent cocktails. Hafthorn bar for drinks, food, football games. Next stop: Back to Berlin!

Very comfortable hotel right by the lake. There is in indoor spa, plus a sauna boat on the lake itself, so you can jump in the lake for a swim. Nice terrace dining with lovely view. Dinner was good and breakfast was stellar. Friendly staff.
