This beautiful property has a trail with free access that was as beautiful as any on our cloud forest treks (and access if free). Done a gain, I’d have hired our guide to meet us there. Private, personal wildlife exposure at your fingertips. Our bungalow was 2-story with a bed and bath in each level, perfect for adults traveling together. Spectacular view from master bedroom. Beautiful, simple decor. Large bathrooms. The space heaters (provided) and offer to provide a portable dryer for our damp clothing were a step above expectations. In addition, this was the best food at any of the 3 5-star properties we used on this vacation. The plated breakfasts (included) were exceptional, not typical hotel buffet fare. Our meals were excellent and varied. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone.

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were greeting with an offering of several types of beverages and a hot towel to freshen up with after our long trek up the mountain. The location itself was very private and quiet, and very close to several local restaurants and markets. It was also in a convenient location for us from activities we had planned. We only spent a few nights here but would have loved to stay longer.

The staff were great. It’s conveniently located without being in the bustle of the center of town. It has a beautiful little rainforest in the midst of the hotel- you walk through it on the way to the reception area. It’s basic, but clean and not outdated.

The property is set in a gorgeous location, with incredible views of the cloud forest. The cabins were spacious, clean and comfortable. The family owners were really hospitable and accommodating. We loved their prepared breakfasts and dinners. The option to eat meals there was super convenient for our group as it was challenging to get to town after dark.
