It is in great location with view of lake and mountain which makes it ideal for couple or family vacation. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel and my boys asked to extend our stay. Staff was courteous. Has a pool table, and game station to keep kids engaged. Adequate breakfast was included and you have a coffee machine and fruits in the kitchen which you can access anytime. I could stay comfortable because I rented the house that the host lived in to guests. And I tried everything with care, too. Children saw full stars through the windows on the roof. And my family admired the Alps and lakes that spread out on the terrace. The bedding and all the facilities were clean. Communication with the host went well, too. It is a place I want to come again if I come again!

We had a separate bedroom for the kids with two single beds and then a queen bed in another room. The location was amazing with the bus stop next door and the train station within easy walking distance if you didn't want to catch the bus. The Christmas markets within a 2-3 minute walk. Great sized room for our stay with a baby and toddler. The room was perfectly set up with a cot, baby change mat, nappy bin and souvenir soft toys for the kids. Couldn't ask for better service. The hotel is grand, very clean and the spa facilities where outstanding. We had food in the Montreux Jazz Cafe and it was also lovely.
