The apartment is great, comfortable,modern, well equipped and within a few minutes walking distance from the city center. Also very close from supermakets (closest is 10 minutes walking distance). The host was really nice and sent us all details in advance, we had a smooth communication throughout the entire stay. Stay at this apartment is better than an hotel and it looks even nicer than in the pictures, I highly recommend it.

comfortable beds and couch, spacious, clean "enough", very nice large tvs, nice view, great location. best price we could find for saunas in hisarya. ok price after booking.com discount, would have been disappointed if we paid full price but this seems to be the norm in tourist towns versus bigger cities in Bulgaria. if you want to use the saunas you need to turn them on yourself 40m-1h ahead of time. host was responsive and patient about our last minute late check in.
