Good position in Ballarat. Comfortable, large apartment. Quiet vicinity & leafy, green neighbourhood. Good size bathroom & shower. Laundry facilities excellent. Cooker & microwave easy to use. The newly planted apartment gardens were such an asset on arrival. The car port was excellent, to protect our vehicle. So many pluses , thank you. We will stay again in the ground level 18/4 apartment.

The Studio was peaceful and quiet and looks out onto an amazing garden. Although it's near a busy road, we didn't hear much traffic or road noise. The studio is very comfortable for a couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the beginning and end of our travels to Hamilton. We would highly recommend this accommodation.
