It was a very nice, cute and welcoming place. The house was clean and the hosts very nice and friendly. Sitting in the couch outside in the fresh air and warm breeze was the best.

Joni's Guest House is a great place to spend some peaceful days on the Adriatic cost. The property offers all needed amenities and it was really chill during the hottest summer days, we didn't even have to turn the A/C on. Sandy beaches and wonderful pine trees are just a street cross away and convenience stores are also near. The hosts are very nice and responsive towards any need. Will go back for sure!

The villa was brand new quite spacious and comfortable, location in a remote area near Spille, quiet and fresh air. Amazing view of corn fields on the side of the villas, pine trees in front and the beach. The beach was just 3 min walk in front of the villas, very clean and the facilities new and well designed.
