The location was amazing, close to many shops and cafes. And minutes from the beach. The owners were so sweet! The rooms are a good size as well with nice size balconies! Will definitely be back when we are in Ksamil! Plus free parking which is needed if you plan on driving there!

Good location. Not too far from the Ksamil center and not too close to stay awake from the bars and tourists. The breakfast was very decent. Not too many choices but very tasty! The swimming pool was nice and clean. The towels provided were great as well as you don't have to bring your own. Personnel helped us on any questions we had.

Oh wow...Clara and her family were wonderful! So helpful and excited for us to be there. They were always available. I don't know when they sleep. The food was amazing! It was our favorite! Homemade wine, moussaka, amazing amounts of breakfast...we were spoiled! Fantastic location, close to the beach, restaurants (no need to go there!), market, and easy to get to and from. I would definitely stay here! Sarande is very, very busy with built up buildings (city beach) not our scene. Clara gave us a suggestion on a beach to go to which was fantastic and another guest told us about another beach which was amazing for our drive out of town. It was quiet and the car fit in the gated area.
