Receptionist Florina was exceptional from the start of my bookings to the day we left she even assisted us with our luggage to take it out when the porter was busy. She also showed us where to take some memory photos at the hotel. And one male Receptionist was very welcoming. When you need assistance they respond promptly That was for me excellent service. If few things that I have mentioned could be attended to that the hotel could go to five star.
