The apartment itself is a true gem – impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and boasting every amenity I could possibly need. The location is equally impressive, with a delightful array of restaurants right on the doorstep. As someone who works in Newlands, I was thrilled to discover how conveniently located the apartment is – a huge bonus! Sadly, my stay was all too brief, and I had to bid farewell in the morning to head to work. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the honor of being the first guest to use the apartment. I felt genuinely privileged to be a part of this special milestone! To Keryn ,Hillary and the team, I extend my heartfelt thanks for creating such a memorable experience. It was a really nice stay, and the place is totally recommendable. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The building is quite impressive. Great quality-to-price ratio. Many useful places (caffeterias, restaurants, stores) around, so the Łąck of breakfast can be easily compensated. The neighbourhood itself is OK, if you stick to the basic safety rules.
