We enjoyed our stay very much. The environment is quite and very relaxing. Hotel staff was very helpful and let us check in earlier as the rooms were ready. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the lovely Hillary, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. The apartment itself is a true gem – impeccably decorated, spotlessly clean, and boasting every amenity I could possibly need. The location is equally impressive, with a delightful array of restaurants right on the doorstep. As someone who works in Newlands, I was thrilled to discover how conveniently located the apartment is – a huge bonus! Sadly, my stay was all too brief, and I had to bid farewell in the morning to head to work. What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the honor of being the first guest to use the apartment. I felt genuinely privileged to be a part of this special milestone! Modern apartment in Observatory is situated in the Observatory district of Cape Town, 5.4 km from CTICC, 6.8 km from Robben Island Ferry and 7.4 km from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. The location was perfect and close to UCT Netcare hospital!!! Will definitely come again!!!

Situated in Cape Town in the Western Cape region, Madison Modern Oasis features a patio. It is set 5.5 km from CTICC and features a lift. Neat, beautiful, loved the desk where I spend most of my time on the computer, very cozy and the staff at the reception are very kind and helpful, I really appreciated them, as they even helped me to carry my bags to my room.

Boasting a garden, terrace and views of mountain, La Montagne Observatory is situated in Cape Town, 5.3 km from CTICC. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. It was a really nice stay, and the place is totally recommendable. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The building is quite impressive. Great quality-to-price ratio. Many useful places (caffeterias, restaurants, stores) around, so the Łąck of breakfast can be easily compensated. The neighbourhood itself is OK, if you stick to the basic safety rules.

Check-in was very smooth. You can reach out to James for every help. He was helpful, welcoming and friendly. Wifi speed was excellent.
