I had contacted them prior to coming, as I had wanted to organise surprise decorations for my partner’s birthday, and they were really enthusiastic and happy to accommodate! They had given me different ideas and price options, and when we arrived, they completely went above and beyond my expectations! We had flowers, balloons, a cake, rose petals on the bed…They even sung happy birthday to my partner as well, it was so so sweet! - Mr Lee also took care of us personally and he gave us really great recommendations for restaurants around the area and helped us out with having the staff ask about the tickets for the water show!! I seriously cannot stress how fantastic the people are at the hotel! - The location of the hotel is really great as well - right in the Old Quarter and short walking distance to iconic local restaurants. Just a warning though - if you are arriving late in the night, the Old Quarter is closed to vehicles, so you’ll have to walk from the main road (not far). That being said, I would also recommend booking their airport transfer through the hotel too as we had used another company when arriving, but regretted it as it was more expensive and took longer. - The interior decor of the hotel and room itself was really nice too, a real classic feel. Plugs next to each side of the bed is a massive plus! Beds were really comfortable as well.

The owner or designer has remarkable taste in furnishings, decor, and art works. The location could not be better with so many things to see and do nearby. The young ladies at reception were the best! Lilly, Tracy, and Haley provided much more than hospitality, offering the standard tourist options for guests, but also offering more thoughts and suggestions based on personal experiences. We had some nice conversations with them, and Lily even encouraged us yo try a local specialty rice dish that she had actually purchased for her mother. They were real people treating us as real people.
