I loved this hotel. It was beautiful inside and a great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Loved my stay. If I ever come back to SF I would stay there.

Great location, walkable to many places and we loved the very friendly staff (shoutout to Fabio at the front desk!). The breakfast staff was so friendly and attentive as well!

This charming boutique hotel near Union Square is our new favorite stay for S.F. it was beautifully decorated for Christmas, lobby very comfortable limited but tasty breakfast. Play area downstairs for kids and super friendly staff. 120 yr old building. Restaurant and a Happy Hour too Room was very nice, modern, comfy beds. Outstanding!
