This is such a lovely hotel -- it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Things I loved: -- The hotel is new (I heard it opened 6 months ago?) and it shows in how nice and clean the facilities are. I got a beautifully designed, modern room. I originally received a room facing construction and they were happy to switch it to a room with a beautiful view of the city. -- All of the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. -- They have an ADORABLE robot butler named Henry! The staff sent him up with a complimentary cookie shaped like the robot itself. He makes cute, R2D2-like noises when he drops off your stuff and asks you how your stay went. This was definitely a highlight of my stay. -- They give you a voucher for a free wine or beer to redeem at the rooftop bar. -- They have a nice cafe next to the lobby where they serve Craftsman & Wolves pastries. The design is so airy and open, and the cafe is very quiet and serene. -- Great location, right next to Oracle Park, only 15 min drive to SFO. The surrounding area is super safe and within walkable distance of lots of nice restaurants and cafes.

Located five minutes’ walk to the shops and restaurants at Union Square and Yerba Buena Gardens, this San Francisco hotel provides a full-service spa, an adult indoor lap pool and a restaurant. The Rooms are nice, Staff is wonderful and always helpful. Concierge team is excellent!! Location is great and you feel in the middle of the city. Some good restaurants are nearby which makes it easy on food choices. Breakfast was decent.

The St Regis San Francisco is located in the SOMA District of San Francisco. A flat-screen TV is included in each guest room. Union Square is 8 minutes’ walk away. Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.

Situated in San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds, but finally got 2 rooms with kingsize beds for our family of four, which was great. Staff at reception was very friendly. We received a voucher for the very nice little hotel market. Overall, it is a very nice hotel in great location. We did not use the hotel parking, but the Hearst parking just in front for USD 35,- per day.

Our downtown San Francisco hotel is within three blocks of the Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, and several museums. The staff were so kind to us, the rooms were beautiful and the location was in a great spot in Soma
