Real luxury, excellent customer service, above and beyond. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds/pillows, well equipped bathrooms. Friendly staff, very easy to feel welcome and at ease. Very central and easy to get to lots of places. Right next to SF MOMA.

Situated in San Francisco, Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. We had a wonderful stay at this centric hotel with its friendly staff. The provided refillable water at check in was a nice touch and the convenient water dispenser in the lobby made it easy to not depend on buying water during our visit.

Our downtown San Francisco hotel is within three blocks of the Moscone Center, Yerba Buena Gardens, and several museums. The staff were so kind to us, the rooms were beautiful and the location was in a great spot in Soma
