Customer service is top notch. We had an issue with the credit card on check-in and they very kindly let us check-in with a minimum charge on the card. Everything in the property is clean and pristine. The best experience ever!

Located in Orlando, Florida, this resort is 15 minutes by car to Walt Disney World. It offers a gym, outdoor swimming pool and kid's pool, as well as access to nearby restaurants. Vacation home away from home. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The counter staff were polite and helpful in answering my queries (especially Olivia). The room was spacious for my family of 5 (including three teenagers). The living room and the bedrooms were clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils for a home-cooked meal. There is a bathroom jacuzzi tub for two pax, but we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. They also service the apartment every other day. The washing and dryer machine was a bonus to travel light. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. The location was incredible, and there was complimentary transport pick-up/drop-off service to the various major theme parks (Disney and Universal). The site is also within 10 min drive to the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet.

Hampton Inn Lake Buena Vista / Orlando is located in the heart of Lake Buena Vista, just 1.5 mi away from the Walt Disney World Resort. - free parking on site - very professional and kind staff, who pleasantly surprised us several times (for example: in the room, two swans made of bath towels and rose petals were waiting for us - so our anniversary was even more special - thanks to Mrs. Estela, and upon departure - which due to hurricane Nicole had to be at 5 in the morning - Mr. Mario prepared us breakfast to go - thank you, Sir!) - very good location - near most attractions in Orlando and many options for shopping or food - free shuttle to Disney World

Well set in the Lake Buena Vista district of Orlando, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando- Lake Buena Vista, an IHG Hotel is located 3.1 miles from Disney Springs, 3.1 miles from SeaWorld's Discovery... Everything was excellent, except as offered halal breakfast will serve, it did not happen & we have to watched ourselves what to eat.
