Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a Junior to an Executive Suite. This generous gesture enhanced our comfort, but also made our stay more memorable. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with luxurious amenities that catered to our every need. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. Their attention to detail, prompt assistance, and genuine care significantly contributed to the overall excellence of our experience. Whether it was assistance with reservations, or simply greeting us with a warm smile, the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating. The exceptional hospitality, coupled with the thoughtful complimentary upgrade and the consistently excellent service, made for an unforgettable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a touch of luxury and impeccable service in the heart of New York City.

This hotel has rooms and suites with kitchenettes and living room seating areas. The Hotel Beacon is on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, 805 metres from Central Park. Charming hotel with very friendly and professional staff. The suite with two rooms was perfect for our stay with two children.

Located within 1.3 km from the Central Park and American Museum of Natural History, Hotel Belleclaire offers rooms and suites in the Upper West Side. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. When I had an issue with my room they were very responsive and solved it in a matter of minutes. The breakfast vouchers for the bakery next door is very creative, I enjoyed it a lot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Awesome location, close to great restaurants, central park and the natural history museum, 100m to a subway station that would take us anywhere in Manhattan in up to half an hour, beautiful old building, quiet room, comfortable beds and linen. Friendly, efficient service.

The property was very clean, cleanliness is very important to me. The room was very modern and spotless. The location is perfect.

Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. Great staff - they have made me feel at home. Very nice room with great view. Hotel is in a very nice corner of NYC, Upper West Side, close to Central Park, Subway, bars and shops in Neighborhood.
