Miss Masooma was very much cooperative, supportive and informative lady which is asset for the hotel and keeps travellers update about surrounding of hotels and guidance for city roaming. She also upgraded my room for my comfort and that was wonderful.

Huge bed ,big room , No view just a brick wall , soap and shampoo in bathroom, very nice small snack bar in lobby ,restaurant was really good, free W Fi easy to use ,valet called taxi for us very fast service

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location was perfect for our trip purpose as is very close to museums and downtown. Our hosts were very attentive and kind and the communication was fast. The space is lovely! It has everything, including slippers, toothbrushes, pods por the washing machine. Roof top view is amazing. Streaming services and good internet. Thank you so much for having us, we will definitely contact you again when we come back to Los Angeles.
