Located in the lively Theatre District of Houston, Texas, this boutique hotel is listed as a Texas Historical Landmark and a Historic Hotel of America. The hotel is extremely clean. You get fresh fruit every day and snacks for free. The hotel staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The lady at reception was worried about me overworking because I was on business trip. She supplied me with water and checked if I was ok when I took a break from my online office.

Miriam in the breakfast area is the most amazing human. The MALE front desk staff are amazing and very helpful and courteous. They were attentive, respectful, helpful, gave us directions about the shuttle service at the hotel which takes you anywhere and picks you up anywhere within a one mile radius i guess. there is a beautiful cafe called Mademoiselle Louise right across the street, yummiest cafe . the tram passes on the same street, but i am not sure where it can and cannot get you. it makes a little noise but it is not a big deal. Rooms are spacious and clean and bed and pillows are SUPER comfortable. the coffee in the breakfast area is really good if you are there for work/an event, most of downtown hotels are within a walking distance, there is a big CVS about 12 min walk, but that is probably the closest convenience store if you need anything other than snacks, which you can buy in the lobby

Conveniently located in the centre of Houston, Hyatt Place Houston Downtown offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. I had a group of friends that stayed the night. We were celebrating birthdays. The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and they even had a Starbucks. I would stay here again!

Set in downtown Houston, The Laura Hotel, Houston Downtown, Autograph Collection is a 6-minute walk from Toyota Center and along the Houston MetroRail line. The location was perfect, the view was amazing, and room was to die for.

Attractively situated in Houston, Le Meridien Houston Downtown features air-conditioned rooms, free bikes, free WiFi and a fitness centre. The staff were cheerful and very helpful. They saved us $ by suggesting the parking garage as opposed to valet parking. Housekeeping did a great job each day. Rooms very quiet and the bedding was comfortable.
