Modern, large and nice rooms. Also the staff at the reception was very friendly and attentive. Especially Cheri was very nice and helpful. Being in Charlotte next time we will spend the night again here.

NEWLY renovated and rebranded hotel. Entire hotel renovation featuring modern lobby, luxurious guestrooms, all public areas and restaurant. Very clean and comfortable room- front lobby is under construction though. But no big deal.

This Sheraton Charlotte hotel is situated in Charlotte in North Carolina's business district 5 minutes' walk from the Charlotte Convention Center. The view from the room was beautiful, we were on the 6th floor. Everything was very clean, the coffee maker with good coffee, comfortable pillows, the quality of the breakfast was fresh and good. The staff very friendly and the hotel was perfectly located, we would definitely stay again :)
