A very cosy and interesting hotel with eclectic furnishings and a homely feeling. We had room 306 which was larger than many 1 bedroom apartments and it had a fully equipped kitchen . We had gone to visit our son and it was perfect for him to come over and dine with us in the room some nights . The area is quiet and peaceful and we could walk to Nassau station in 15 mins . The staff were very welcoming and helpful .

Fabulous location, stunning view from the rooftop bar and a lovely, comfortable room with an equally fine view. This Greenpoint, Brooklyn hotel is a converted factory and features lofts and suites with curated original artwork. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, Brooklyn Lantern. Free WiFi is offered. Loved the decor, the thought and imagination that went into it all and loved the price because I did a lot of searching for hotel rooms in NYC and this was incredible value compared to most others. The room was lovely, the little balcony was great, coffee machine much appreciated and the actual telephone beside your actual bed which was actually answered when I used it to call reception - sadly you're normally directed to an app. So decor, quirkiness, comfort, human contact, all good.

Modern Three Bedroom Brooklyn Condo-Hotel is situated in the Greenpoint district of Brooklyn, 5.9 km from Grand Central Station, 6 km from United Nations Headquarters and 6.1 km from Bloomingdales. The location was great, next to loads of nice bars and restaurants. The apartment was great for us as a family of 5, very spacious. It’s also right next to the subway.

If I had to choose a word to describe this apartment it would simply be - wow!!! We live in the area but had friends coming to visit from out of the country and we all wanted to stay together. This might be the largest apartment I’ve ever seen in Brooklyn honestly. The location can not be any better if you want to be in a cool trendy popular Brooklyn area. Literally this corner of the park is the original Greenpoint. The apartment was decorated well, the only flaw was there are three bedrooms with 6 beds, and the dining table is for 4, and there is more than enough space to have a table for 6. The fact that they allow pets is honestly amazing. The pizza place down stairs is a fun vibe but if you’re coming to New York learn your pizza lol. The value for this was unbelievable. I would live here if they wanted to rent to me lol.
