Kind and eager to ensure guests had anything and everything needed including a non sensationalist but sensible introduction to shelter proceedings amidst the current situation Ukrainians are unfairly enduring. I’m struggling to applaud the hotel and their staff enough as the three day stay for work was simply made better by the standards of comfort and attention we received staying at Queen Bee. Faultless and fantastic, our new default address when working in the fantastic city.

The girl with the blue eyes made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was very well taken care of at all times. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! I would highly recommend any friend or family to stay here.

Everybody was always nice. The housekeeper, the cleaning lady and the net manager, all were very nice. You could see both, the humanity and professionalism in them, they were very patient when I tried to speak Ukrainian as a foreigner (despite the fact that it was not their first language). There is nothing I can complain about. I hope to go back in the future.
