Safe area. The building is new. Well lit and ventilated. Washing machine, dishwasher work perfectly. Well equipped with cooking accessories. Clean. Large balcony terrace, you can have dinner Excellent communication with the reception. Check in and check out super good. Because of the noise, they changed my apartment and gave me a larger one on the 4th floor (it was a little less noisy) Excellent wifi. It has an elevator.
