Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel completely at ease. Mourad was equally amazing, always delivering my food requests promptly and with a warm smile. He made sure that my dietary requirements were met, often going the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. The hotel itself is beautiful, offering a luxurious and comfortable environment. However, it was the staff who made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Vakko Hotel to anyone looking for a stay that combines luxury with personal care. I can't wait to return in the future!

Set in Istanbul and with Dolmabahce Palace reachable within 2.4 km, Ada Suites Nisantasi offers concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. First of all, we enjoyed the area and atmosphere there. I searched a lot before booking this accommodation since we were looking for a place with no noise and we got satisfied. Although the apartment is located in the middle of Nisantasi which is a busy street, we enjoyed our flat. The flat was entirely clean. You will find a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, toaster, TV, hair dryer, a hygiene pack (toothbrush and etc). Also, they always ask you to clean your flat or not, and they manage it according to your favorable time. The staff was really polite, welcoming, and helpful. They prepared us with two water bottles. Moreover, the breakfast was excellent. You will get stuffed for many hours, so you have to have your lunch late.

Located in the heart of Nisantasi neighbourhood, The St. Regis Istanbul offers signature 24-hour St. Regis Butler Service and elegantly decorated rooms with air conditioning. Everything was exceptional, from the location of the hotel, to the reception and the way all staff greeted us, to the tour they gave us, to the rooms and how warm they were and finally the rooftop restaurant. Everyone was very friendly polite and welcoming.
